Hi,

I am trying a shell analisys of a wheel but the result is not what i expected.

I applied the force in a node, but i think the force 'stayed' just in yellow area.

Other question is how to know what intensity of force i need to apply in a shell component.

hi,

I think this has nothing to do with Shell or solid element. The magnitude and direction of force comes from either experimental verification or experience.

Can you check whether all components are connected?

I couldn't see anything on out file except few autospcs.

Can you check the units, force magnitude etc..?
