after I did the optimisation process
how can I get the new CAD geometry ?

    1) Make sure your userprofile is set to optistruct
    2) Go to Post -> OSSmooth
    3) Input the .fem data from the optimization as well as the .sh data
    4) Set Output to IGES or whatever you want to have as a output file
    5) Make sure Iso Surface is checked
    6) Set the threshold to the value of element density you want to output
    7) Set 'do not load geometry'
    8) Press OSSMooth
    9) Press FE->Surf

    Another Way of doing it, apart from OSS is to export your hyperview result via TOOL -> EXPORT -> ISO SURFACE
