I recently downloaded the Student Edition and followed the instructions to input the license file, but still get an Invalid License error when I load Hyperworks. How can I fix this?

Hi everyone,

I signed up for an Altair student account through my university a few days ago and was sent the altair_lic.dat file along with the download links. As I had the 2019 version installed from my university, I tried following the licensing steps in the email provided but it ended up preventing me from using the software as there were licensing errors. So I uninstalled the 2019 version and downloaded the 2021 version from the email link, and following the same steps, put the licensing file and a secure folder and selected that file during the installation. However, when I opened Hyperworks, it still said the license was invalid. Is there a way to solve this issue?
