HyperWorks 12.0 download not enabled for my account
Hi,
My name is Mark and I am a senior mechanical engineering student at the Olin College of Engineering. I have been working with Tiffany Leiman to get HyperShape and Inspire up and running in our workspace. I created an account with the same e-mail that she had been contacting me with and received the error that is the subject of this thread. She recommended I post here and would love some assistance.

Can you tell me which portal you are logging into?
Is it the Altair client center - http://www.altairhyperworks.com/ClientCenterLoginForm.aspx?from_page=ProductLanding.aspx
or is it Altair connect - https://connect.altair.com/CP/home.htmlCan you paste an image of the error? (In this forum, you will need to click on reply > and browse to your image using the image uploader at the bottom)
You mention your email, is it your university email ID? by that I mean is the official email Id with your university name in the email address such as olin.edu?

Hi Rahul,
I tried to log into the link that sales gave me. It redirects to Altair Connect. Image attached.
The e-mail I have been contacting sales with is my official educational e-mail address,mark.muraoka@students.olin.edu.

Hi Mark,
please try and log into the client center and you can download the software from there,
Are you unable to log into the client center? Just go to Altair HyperWorks.com > support > client centerThen click on products > log in (or register and then log in)
Then click on Hypershape CATIA (or any other product you are interested in)
