non-convergent nonlinear iterations for subcase 1

Hi, I am doing gravity loading on rectangular plate which is resting upon 4 rigid supports in optistruct. But getting error like  ' non-convergent nonlinear iterations for subcase 1'. The same setup has worked for another part.

    please check the _nl.out file for some hints on what is going on, where you have higher errors, and so on.
