Help! The software worked last week.

Please find below the licesnse error we're getting when opening S-Frame 2022:

    Someone else is using your license. You'll have to wait until they free enough tokens for you to start S-Frame.

    I get the same error and we just bought 10 licenses and only have 1 user, thought it is for Monarch CLassic not S-Frame
