why log file unable to load in post processing of HWCFD2022.1

Hello expert 

I have run a air-water multiphase simulation for 2.5s using 4million 3D element with 0.1s timestep. Another simulation with 0.09s for comparison purpose. Simulation runs almost for 18 hr. One of simulation has been completed but after end step there is error in log file

Both log. file unable to load the result kinldy help me to figure out the issue. I have attached the log file with this request
