    Once you signed up for the course, you should have completed the confirmation registration in Webex as well. The email would have come from Altair One with the link for your confirmation registration.  The meeting link for class is sent from Webex.

    If you could confirm that you followed these registration steps, we can locate your registration and follow up within the next day by your registered email address.
