DCONSTRAINT not used in my optimization

Hello everyone,

I try to implement a constraint using DRESP3 response. My .fem file seems to work but the constraint is not used, even if I defined it.

Have you any idea why it is not working?

Please find attached the necessary files (oml function, csv file and .fem file) to run it.
