What is a SPRING4 and how do we use it in Radioss?

If you mean /SPRING with more than 2 nodes, there are some applications using /PROP/TYPE44(KJOINT2) that you can model different types of joints.
For instance, revolute joint needs 3 nodes spring, being 3rd node an option to define the revolute axis.
And universal joint needs 4 nodes .

I wanted to create a 4 point pulley spring (2-pulleys) without having to connect 2 - 3point springs. I assumed Spring4 was that setup. This is not the case?

to create 2 pulleys you will need to have two 3-node springs. and use /PROP/TYPE12.
