How to access industry-outreach resource center

I only get the synopsis from the resource center; how can I proceed further to practice the problems mentioned there.

     This is applicable to Indian Students only. Altair Virtual Internship program is a Next Level Skill development initiative where in We Select Certified Students from preferred institutions of Altair and  also from the certified Outreach student database.. Altair HR selected Student to select Industry Standard project Listed in Resource library > We share the Model files and other necessary details. Upon completion, Internship & Project completion certificates were issued. This Database is available to Altair & Customer for Recruitment/Jobs. These initiatives will help students in Competency building, Stronger bio profile, helps in Jobs and Internship.
