Zero Stiffness Nodes - OptiStruct

I am doing Transient (Modal) analysis, in which it is showing that some nodes have no stiffness in rotational (X, Y and Z) direction and they need to constrained. All these nodes belongs to Tetra elements (Error 2133).

How to solve this error?

hard to tell what is going on.

Can you share some pictures, or at least the .out file?

Is this tetra element correctly created? Is there any chance this is not created correctly, or with wrong element type maybe?
