Sir when I insert the geometry having two rollcage the meshing is improper while if I do with single rollcage geometry meshing is proper

what kind of mesh are your trying to build? 2d mesh? from the midsurface?
Are your sure you are working with the correct mesh size and geometry units in both cases?
