Error in Panopticon: Feature not Found

Hi guys,

I am currently using a free trail on Panopticon.

However, while using the AUTH CODE to login at the Hosted Altair Units License in a Stand-alone, there is a response of "Feature not found".

I am not sure whether can I fix this or I should contact with the salesman.

Please advise me on how to solve this issue.

Hello Yongzhi, I would recommend you to share the error log details with your local support team so they can take a look and assist you with your issue.
