Hi,

1. How to create bolt pretension in deformable 3d elements.

2. If we apply 50KN in cross section of elements then how it will distribute the load?

3. And how we will check whether it is correct or not?

4. While giving high force in the bolt elements, bolt got destructed. What should we do?

You may define a 3D bolt preload as described in the help

Radioss 3D Bolt Preload in Online Help

This uses a /SECT and /PRELOAD definition to simplify 'cutting' and preloading of a 3D bolt

This is simply a means to define the boundary conditions and load in the bolt, in effect material is removed from the section location until the required load is met. Beyond that point it is like any other structural analysis, so the other questions you ask, about load distribution and bolt failure are per any other structural entity. You may contour stress in the bolt as in any other mesh. and If you have defined material failure and the bolt is insufficiently strong to carry the load requested, it will fail!

In fact it might be better to describe /PRELOAD as an 'attempt' to generate the requested load, if the structure or bolt itself fails before the requested force is met (or alternatively if the bolt is underconstrained and has nothing to load 'against', then the force will not be achieved)
