Used all 3 attempts of Altair certification

Dear Altair Community, 

I was attempting the HyperView & HyperGraph 2019 Intermediate Examination, chapter 3: annotations.
I have failed three attempts by just one mark. I wish to continue this examination as it is part of my university coursework mark.
could my access to the other quizzes be enabled?
