Under it, HeperWorks Desktop 2021 not opening or working.

Do you see an error on opening HyperWorks desktop? do you see any issues with opening other tools?
note that you should do an uninstall, and redownload the exe and do a clean install again if the exe was corrupted and the installation did not complete successfully.
