Why is there two joints with the same joint number?

Why is there two joints with the same joint number? I thought this was impossible. 112.

I am running this file off a Sharepoint site (cloud based) if that has any difference.

THe analysis runs with no errors.

Why doesn't this accept a .TEL file?

    This could be due to a couple of different reasons, we'd have to take a look at your model, sadly the forum still does not support .tel files but as you know, you can always share the files by sending them to HWSupport@altair.com
