acusolve not responding to see the mesh status.

Hi,

I am trying to  simulate a simple ev battery setup.

When I started batch meshing, acusolve is taking long time and not responding.

Is it because fault in setup or any other thing? 

I have attached a screen shot.

First thing would be to use the Measure tool to check a few distances - to make sure the sizes/values are consistent with your expectation.  It's possible the mesh sizes specified are much too small for the geometry size, if the imported dimensions are not as expected.

If everything is consistent and as expected, does it work better in the most recent release - 2022.2?  (I know sometimes in the older versions the meshing process would hang, and restarting HWCFD and starting the mesh process again would let it proceed.)
