User defined Output request causing error in "n-post Shaker event"

Hi

I am simulating a pothole case on a 2 wheeler via Altair Driver n post event, and trying to extract torque on a marker by making user defined output request [id=70000019] using the "TX" function, but i get the following error:

WARNING: Unable to get user function [REQSUB]
         from usersub dll [C:\Program Files\Altair\2022.3\hwdesktop\hw\bin\win64\modelanimation.dll].
ERROR: Failure initializing user request [id=70000019]!

ERROR: Simulation failed due to error encountered in analysis!

The simulation works perfectly if that output request is deactivated

There is no error in evaluating the function

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Can you share what the expression is?

If you have isolated it to that entity, then there must be an issue with the syntax.
