Is it possible to view the different radii of beam elements from a lattice optimization as some type of plot in HyperView? Is there e.g. a control card for that?

In lattice optimization it would be difficult to find the radii for each rod, although it would be easy for you to find the length of each rod in lattice using nodes.
Also, in HyperView you can use measures > nodes, to find the length of each rod in lattice.
