Sweep tool edge

Hi,

I'm using sweep tool and this happened. So I have tube profile and spline with control points and then I sweep it along the spline. As you can see the second edge is "strange". Anything I can do about it or is there other ways? Yes I can use pipe tool, but then I can't select my own profile.
