I end up with error on creating a meshed Rib using Sim lab, its showing " could not form the boundary for the rib ".
Could Anyone Help me in creating ribs, Please share any tutorial video, Documents.

From the help page, there a some requirements to create the rib plane.
The general guidelines for creating the Rib is shown below (Also from the Help page - F1)

The general guidelines for creating the Rib is shown below (Also from the Help page - F1) Select three nodes to define the box or plane. Specify the width factor (in case of 3D rib). Click on Define/Modify box(plane) to visualize the box/plane. Offset the box/plane either by picking a node or specifying the distance if needed. Resize the box/plane by picking and dragging the sides of the box/plane. Select the input faces using Add/Remove button. Specify the rib mesh size. Click on Apply button.
Thanks For Your reply, Mr. Rafael Silva, I already tried using this steps. Most of the cases its not working. After defining the box properly. Its showing " could not form the boundary for the rib ".
If Possible could you please share any videos.
