Guidance to download installation file / Monarch Complete 2020 (v16)

My company, Asarco LLC, has license to following: Monarch Complete 2020/v16 - Activation Code: 152025368088473464. I need to migrate to a new work laptop and need to download the corresponding installation file.  In the past, as I recall, I could download an installation package from the user support site. I do not see that now. Can I get guidance to the installation file? Thank you. - Paul Baldwin
