Hello,

I am continuing to get the following error about halfway through my simulation each time I run it. I am not sure what is causing the problem. I have attached the .cfx and .out files as well.

    Looks like you broke Feko ;-)

    A developer will investigate. Hopefully a workaround can be found soon.

    An alternative to solving the model is to use the FEM.

    Set all regions to use FEM.

    Delete the waveguide ports and add FEM modal ports instead.

    It seems the large port may require a finer local mesh. This will however increase the time to calculate the modal port modes. It may be a good idea to solve the model at a few frequencies across the bandwidth and re-run with a local mesh size on this port face (say around 2 to 3 mm) and see how much the results change.

    The default solver (MoM) can still be used, but the maximum mode index should be restricted to no higher than 5 to avoid the internal error bug.

    The FEM solution seems to be faster and uses less memory.
