How can you make active a Polynurbs component in Inspire 2021.1?

Hello everybody,

I encounter a little problem in the 2021.1 version of Inspire.

Not long ago, I created PolyNURBS which appeared in a component of the tree as "PolyNURBS Part 3". I saved it and, when I reuploaded it on Inspire, it disappeared.

 

What I mean is, the component "PolyNURBS Part 3" is still in the tree but, on the view, the arms are not visible anymore and I can't make active this "PolyNURBS Part 3". 

In fact, when I go to 'Enveloppe", I cannot modify this PolyNURBS and it automatically creates another PolyNURBS if I for example try to create new arms.

 

This is kind of a disturbing problem because when I export the model as .stl format, the arms are not there whereas they appeared in the export before.

    At first, I thought this was just a visibility issue, but when you export an stl even non-visible show up in the model browser. If you could share a few screenshots I can look at them. For example, what shows in your model browser and what is the behavior on export then reupload.
