what can be the minimum mesh element size for 3mm wall thickness part? to achieve best accurate result.

    Dear Asif,

    For this you can use the average thickness option when setting the run and check the thickness. And then using the slider for Speed/Accuracy tool, you can check the element size required for the accurate results.

    Then you can set it with the defined element size from the average thickness option, or you can define manual mesh size smaller than the defined value. (refer to attached video for more info).
