Hello Everybody !

 I need to model the deep groove ball bearings correctly for frequency analysis (modal, and then - dynamic..).

      1. is it better with CBUSH and RBE2 ? or RBE3 ?

      2. I don't understand, how the length of the CBUSH effects, Should and can it be defined as 0 length

      3. Can it be done in any other better way ?

      4. How can I find / calculate bearing stiffness ?

      5. Do you know any tutorial or video for it - especially for Bearings modeling in FEA. ?

      6  How should I allow rotor rotation with CBUSH ? If I constrain the rotor with actual degrees of freedom - allowing rotation, and elongation at one of the bearings, the modal analysis give first frequency very-very low. When I fully constrain the rotor - the modal analysis is OK. But fully constrained - is not the real situation and may effect the results ? Can You please kindly explain me this issue.. ?
