Radioss-No stress and strain on solid part when shell crash to solid

Dear all

              I'm trying to run a simple hood slam simulation in radioss.  there is no stress and strian result on the bumper stop(a rubber or softer solid part). however, the hood has stress and strain. Hood is modeld by shell. see picture.

              Is there some set about this? property or contact set?

what is the output that you've requested into your engine file?

Depending on what you've requested that might be only for shells (EXAMPLE: eng_anim_shell).
