Analyzing polynurbs model with collisions

Hi,

I am trying to analyze a polynurbs model I created but there are collisions with the supports. I didnt fit the polynurbs to the optimized model, I used the optimization as a guideline to make my part look better. When I try to analyze it causes an error since there are collisions in each support. I cant hide them or remove them from the model because the analysis needs the load case. I have tried to disable the collision detection but it does nothing. 

How can I remove collisions or change my polynurbs?

    Hi Connor

    You probably need to do a boolean subtract. Set you PN as target and non-design as tools (and tick keep tools).
