Radioss 2022.2 Student version does not show the h3d after run

Hi All

I built up a model in Radioss in Hyperworks 2022 , and when I clicked the Run button, the old Hypermesh run management opens up, but when I hit run, nothing happens and no h3d file is generated. I also dont know in which folder it is supposed to be saved! and I can not also open any contour file, since after the run, no new tab is generated. what would be the problem?

p.s. I guess in student version we don't have compute console. is that correct?

Regarding the compute console question, as checked here: Student Edition Products, compute console is unavailable on the student version.

If after that, the problem persists, please, share the model here, if you can.
