I am modeling 1/4 from a model because of symmetry conditions, but I want to represent the results of hole body. Is it possible in Simlab and in Hypermesh? How can I do that? Thanks in advance.

One suggestion is, after you model 1/4 of the body, use transform tool and mirror the body to get the whole model and then solve it to get results for whole model.
In the meanwhile, Altair HyperView allows it if needed.
