Altair License Manager: License Error

I've been trying to get Simsolid to work due to school project but do not seem to get through the licensing and i was wondering if there's anything I'm doing wrong cause this error pops up whenever I try to use the altair_lic.dat file

    HI,

    Are you using the student edition license? note that Altair SimSolid is not part of the Altair student edition, but note that you can use SimSolid to solve models using it within Inspire, you can choose the SimSolid solver which is embedded in file > preferences in Inspire as shown in the image below,
