Stiffness equivalent to CONM1

Is there a Stiffness Equivalent to the CONM1 element?
To give a 6x6 stiffness matrix AND Damping (LF) value(-s).

The CBUSH only allow to set the diagonal values (as far as I understand).

I can think of a solution using DMIG, but would prefer if there is a way using element (Single side connected; "Grounded").

I may have found a solution to my own question;

The CELAS1 and CELAS2 element should be OK. Setting G1=G2 and going through C1={1:6}, C2={1:6}. Not so elegant, and requires 36 elements per node. But I will at least test it.

Anyone having a better solution?
