How do I import Total materia .parm file into Hyperworks?

This looks like a HyperForm model.
You can open HyperMesh and just load it using HyperForm User profile.
Or, if you're going to ude OptiStruct as a solver, you can import only the TABLES1 into HyperWokrs, and use this as a material curve for your elasto-plastic material (MATS1)
What is your target solver/analysis?
