Scripting of 3-D Pre-tension of bolt

Is there somebody have an idea about the TCL Scripting in 3-D Pre-tension bolt or suggest me what is the best source to learn it ?

    Usually when I am trying to create a TCL script to do something I start by deleting the command.tcl file (or command_#.tcl file) and then, in this case, create a pretension bolt manually and grab the commands from the command.tcl file to use as the base of my script.  I would have to know a little more to give you specific help.  After you get the commands out of the tcl file you can do searches in the help to figure out what the arguments mean.  For non-HyperWorks related tcl I use: https://www.tcl.tk/man/tcl8.5/
