Drop weight test of a specimen

I am  performing a drop weight test simulation in Radioss. I wanted the plot of the contact force between the striker and the specimen. In actual test i am getting a continuous plot of force vs time. However in simulation i am getting multiple breaks in plot ( due to the make and break of the contact between striker and specimen). How can i remove this make and break of contacts in simulation such that i get continuous force vs time plot.

where/how are you measuring the contact forces of your parts? What result are you requesting?

And how are you measuring this in the real part?

depending on how you're fixing your part, you could measure the reaction force of the boundary condition instead. But in a regular drop, I believe some chattering is expected due to the multiple contacts happening and also changing of contact points.
