Import unv. File for Model Correlation in HyperView
Hi,
I want to do a Model Correlation (MAC) in Hyperview. I have done a modal analysis of a simple plate in hyperworks and an experimental modal analysis using a roving hammer. Now I have some trouble importing the correct files for the MAC. The h3d. file does work, but I dont know exactly how the .unv file has to be structured and what it needs to contain. The file I am currently using is attached and i get this error in the message log:
Node block 2411 or 15 or 781 does not exist
What do these numbers even mean? What has to be written in the unv. file, the FRFs from the measurement or the displacements from the post-measurement software (I am using MEscopes). I should also mention the original files were .UFF , I just changed the file extension to .unv so Hyperview can read those. Maybe you can provide me an unv. file of any kind that does work, so I can adapt my data accordingly (delete some lines or whatever).

Are you importing the .unv file from the NVH Utilities section?
You can check the page below.
