Import STL

Hi!

I'm a student and I have the Student version of HyperWorks. I would like to import an STL file in Optistruct, but there isn't the choice of STL in Import Solver Deck. Is it possible to import it?

Hi Martina,

You should be able to directly import .stl directly, I'm not sure if the support is given in Student Version.

I asked because this function is not allowed:

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>

So this importation feature is not available for Student release then.
