How does Altair units lisence work

Hi,

the figure below shows the lisence I have through the company. I just downloaded the Altair activate 2022.03, and I haven't used the lisence yet. The second diagram shows 26 of 300 units used. What did I use it for?

How does the unit lisence work? What does it mean by using one unit?

How do I activate the lisence? see the next picture below.

    apparently your company has 2 valid licenses, of with 84 Altair Units and another with 300 AUs.

    Someone is definetely using it, in your company.

    To activate your access, you need to input your username and password (Managed AltairOne) from the AltairOne portal into the software.

    Assuming that you have rights to access one of the licenses shown up there, you would be able to use the software.

    Each product uses a certain number of units, as you can check the link below.

    Assuming I wanna test out the Altair Activate and Twin Activate, does it draw two seperate amount of AUs or is does same lisence work for both versions?

    Activate and Twin Activate are the same, as far as I know.

    Same amount of AUs.

    GUI products, in general, level their usage for 1 user, meaning you could launch as many as your machine supports, and the consumption would be given by the highest draw.
