License activation

Hello,

Hope you are good?

I payed my THEA license for sketchup. I could valid my account in Sketchup, and work 2 hours on it.

After 2 hours i was disconnected, and now it's not possible anymore to activate my account.

What is wrong with that, please can you give me feedback about that?

The problem is already solved.
