STL to SPH elements

Hi,

I am interested in meshing a complex STL of mine with SPH (smoothed particle hydrodynamics) elements. This is a solid part, not a fluid, but I would like to use SPH elements to model the material behaviour nonetheless.

How can I go from an STL file to filling it in with SPH elements? If anyone knows or can direct me to any valuable resources, it would be greatly appreciated. I can also share the STL I am using if that would be of any help.

    HI

Currently SimLab does not have ways to filling SPH particles for structural analysis, e.g. Radioss.

For this, you can use HyperMesh to generate the Particles.

In Simlab though, there is option to generate sph particles for NanoFluidX.

    I Hope this is helpful
