Tet Mesh on STL due to hard points

Hi there,

I was recently introduced to SimLab to help me with meshing complex STL files. I used Mesh > 3D Create > Volume Mesh, entered an element size that was close to the surface element size on the STL.

I have received the following error: Solid mesh fails since hard point lies on the displayed elements. How can I rectify this issue. I have not set any "hard points", nor I am sure what those are exactly. Is there a way to remove or circumvent these "hard points". I am hoping to simply give a tet4 mesh to my STL file, nothing too much beyond that. Please let me know!

Also: with this error, it has only displayed the elements that are involved with this error. How can I go about resetting the view to show my entire model.

Any help and advice is greatly appreciated,

Rémy
