Error ID 760 Segmentation Violation Radioss 2019

Hello,

I have a problem using Radioss 2019 for my work.

The following error occurs: image

Im using a model, which was created in an older version of Radioss (I think its 2014 or 2017) and there occurs no error in Radioss 2017.

But when im using Radioss 2019 or 2020 the error occurs and I dont know how to fix it or where the problem even is.

 

I already checked the "Whats new" chapters of Radioss 2019 and 2020, but i cant find a solution.

 

Please help me.
