NoLicenseException in Altair Analytics Workbench

I have WPS installed on my PC and it works fine, but have been trying to add it to another machine and it comes up with an error when applying the license.

It states

The Altair SLC session failed to initialise : NoLicenseException : Altair Managed Licenseing : License error

Feature : WPSAnalyticEngineServer

Error Code: -10

Error Description :

[LicID 76097] AU Data Analyst - (Err: -10) While checking out feature "GlobalZOneEU": Not enough features available (Only 1000 features available.)

 

This is the same type of error that comes up when more than one person is logged in, but in that scenario it says that there are 0 features available. 

Would anyone know why this error is coming up?

    Hi @Christopher Glynn ,

    I have just come across your question.

    What is the operating system on your other machine? A Windows PC uses 10000 features, but a Windows Server or Linux machine will use 40000 features.

    Also, have you tried starting Analytics Workbench + Altair SLC on your other machine when it is not running on your Windows PC?
