Penetration check is not working

Hi, I was trying to import some meshed elements into COMSOL. COMSOL found some invalid elements (intersection/penetration).  However, when I used the penetration panel in Hypermesh, it showed 0 intersection. Visually, it is not corrected. Is it a bug? And how may I solve this?

Are they in the same component? You may need to check include self interference.
