The reader option in Hyperview is empty when I installed the latest hyperworks 2019.1. Can anyone else help me to solver this issue?

I do not see any issue here. Are you not able to read the result files in HyperView? Kindly load a model file or result file and click on Apply, you can then see the results in HyperView.
