Couldn't find Motorcycle_Tutorial.mdl and Motorcycle_Tutorial_graphic.h3d in the tutorial folder ?

I was trying to add altair drive as per MV 8800 from by going through the MotionView documentation. Unfortunately, I couldn't find the required files Motorcycle_Tutorial.mdl and  Motorcycle_Tutorial_graphic.h3d in the mbd_modelling folder. Can anybody help me by providing me the required files?

There is no mentioned folder (mbd_modeling\driver_motorcycle folder) in the directory. Thank you.
