Apply pressure on a 3D meshed surface avoiding the edges

Hello,

I have a 3D meshed piece with tet elements. I want to apply a normal pressure of 200 MPa to one of the faces but avoid the radial forces applied on the edge elements of the face (See attached image). One solution would be to apply a point force at all nodes on the face, but then I must estimate the force value to achieve 200 MPa on the surface. I wonder if there is any way to avoid the radial forces using the "apply pressure" tool.
