Inspire 2021.1 not opening

Hey

I am facing an issue while opening Inspire 2021.1 which I had recently installed using my free student license. The startup screen stays for a few seconds as shown in the attached pic and then abruptly closes without any error message being displayed. When I check the logs folder, I found a pythonInstallerError text file which says a common\python is not found.

Please let me know how I can overcome the issue. Thanks in advance .

    Hello,

    It is possible that some files might be deleted while installing the tool due to antivirus. I would suggest to re-install the Inspire. While installing, make sure you turn off or pause your anti-virus.
